After creating a database for all patients, I then created templates for all admissions documents and nursing reports.
By eliminating the need to type all admissions packets, I created time for a project which I had hoped would increase communication and build team cohesion throughout all the departments of Barnwell Nursing Home.
I did all research, writing, editing and distribution.
